We are not responsible for fluctuations in exchange rates after a booking has been made. Currency conversions displayed are for reference only and are subject to change. Many travel services may be non-refundable or subject to cancellation penalties, depending on supplier policies. Once airline tickets are issued, cancellation or refund penalties may apply in accordance with airline rules.

Printed ticket fares may differ from the amount charged due to airline pricing structures or fare rules. Discounts depend on multiple factors such as airline, booking class, destination, seasonality, availability, and fare restrictions. Tahmid Air International does not endorse or guarantee products or services advertised by third parties on the website.

For security purposes, we may verify the personal and payment details provided during booking through authorized third-party verification services. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you authorize such verification processes. Any shared information is used solely for identity and fraud prevention purposes.

You confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements. Tahmid Air International will not be responsible for denied boarding, delays, or deportation due to non-compliance.

Most airline tickets are non-refundable. Where permitted by airlines, credits may be issued subject to airline policies and expiration dates. Cancellations must be requested prior to departure and are not guaranteed. Fare differences, airline penalties, and service fees may apply.

For itineraries involving multiple airlines, each airline’s individual policies apply. Customers are responsible for understanding and complying with these policies, including baggage, check-in, and schedule requirements.

Payment authorization may be declined for various reasons, including fare changes or insufficient funds. In such cases, alternate options may be offered. Once tickets are issued, they generally become non-refundable and non-changeable.

Hotel descriptions and amenities are provided by suppliers and are subject to change. Special requests are not guaranteed. Discounted hotel rates may require proof of eligibility at check-in, and no refunds are provided for unused nights.
